Football is back! On Thursday, Aug. 8, the Chicago Bears and Carolina Panthers will begin their preseason at Soldier Field in Chicago, Ill.

TV Schedule
The game will be televised regionally on WSOC in the Charlotte region, and on WFLD in the Chicago market.
Radio Broadcast
If you are not able to watch the game, you can listen to it regionally on the radio at WBT 1110 AM (Panthers feed) and WBBM 780 AM (Bears feed).

The Panthers' offense will rely upon former MVP quarterback Cam Newton and the health of his shoulder. However, Carolina will need its wide receivers to step up this season. The team lacks big name guys despite signing Chris Hogan in the offseason, so it'll be interesting to see which receiver has the trust of the team and Newton so far.
The Bears enter 2019 hoping for a fresh start after being bounced, or should I say double-doinked, from the 2018 playoffs in heart-breaking fashion. It's not known exactly what the Bears' kicking situation will be this season, so the battle between Elliott Fry and Eddy Pineiro may be worth keeping an eye on, especially considering the circumstances.
