VIDEO: This Beautiful Will Clark Swing and Bizarre NSFW Celebration Perfectly Sum up 'The Thrill'

Often lost in the outrageous home run totals of the 1990s is San Francisco Giants legend Will Clark, who was one of the most consistent hitters in all of baseball during his eight years in San Francisco and five seasons with the Texas Rangers. Clark was known as one of the most eccentric characters in the game when he played, as evidenced by this celebration after he hit 35 home runs for a Giants team that won the NL West in 1987.
Clark hit .303 in his career with 284 home runs, showing a good blend of average and power. Fans at Candlestick Park saw Clark make five All-Star teams on the back of some sweet swinging and clutch hitting, as evidenced when he drove in two runs against Chicago Cubs reliever Mitch Williams in Game 5 of the 1989 NLCS.
As pure as they come. No wonder no one could get him out for 15 years.
Clark is one of the most underrated hitters of the late 1980s and early 1990s. While most would consider him a "Hall of Very Good" inductee given his consistency, his overall numbers are up there with some players who are already enshrined in Cooperstown.
