There's criminal activity, and then there's charging a fan over $700 for two beers at a Miami Dolphins game, of all places.

According to reports, 33-year-old Nathaniel Collier was arrested for charging a fan $724 for two beers during the Fins' game against the Chargers Sunday at Hard Rock Stadium. $724. For two beers.

Sure, the prices of food and beverages at sporting events are often obscenely marked up, but this crime exists on an entirely different level.

I truly wonder what could've caused Collier to do something like this, let alone think he could get away with it. Maybe the Dolphins' historically atrocious play had something to do with it, as they dropped to an 0-4 record with their loss against the Chargers by a 30-10 score.

It's a shame that the small number of Dolphins fans who are actually willing to show up are getting screwed over by the vendors who are supposed to be helping them feel numb to the pain of actually being a Dolphins fan. Throw these supporters a bone, people.
