Ben Roethlisberger officially announces his retirement

The time has officially come for Ben Roethlisberger to call it a career. On Thursday morning, Big Ben took to Twitter to announce that he's indeed hanging up his cleats after 18 seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
During that time, Roethlisberger tossed for more than 64,000 yards and 418 touchdowns. He also won two Super Bowls with the team as well.

He'll go down as a Pittsburgh legend. Big Ben is loved by fans, leading the team to three Super Bowls and winning the two. He's got some massive shoes to fill. Cheers to him for an unreal career at Heinz Field over the years.
