The Dallas Cowboys are filled to the brim with young talent. On offense and defense, the Cowboys have playmakers at every position.

After falling short of the NFL Playoffs with an 8-8 record last season, another year of experience could be a difference maker for the Cowboys youth in 2020. These are Dallas' three best players under the age of 25.

3. WR Michael Gallup

After just two seasons in the NFL, Michael Gallup has already developed into one of the best second receiving options in the league. He totaled 1,107 receiving yards last season, second on the Cowboys only to four-time Pro-Bowler Amari Cooper. Alongside Cooper and the newly acquired CeeDee Lamb, Dallas fans have every right to be excited about their young receivers. Gallup is often the most overlooked, but he is clearly one of the Cowboys best players.

2. LB Jaylon Smith

Drafted No. 34 overall by the Dallas Cowboys in the 2016 NFL Draft, Jaylon Smith was touted as one of the best prospects in his class. After suffering an ACL and MCL tear, Smith fell to the Cowboys in the second round. After missing the entire 2016 season recovering from injury, Smith has done nothing but impress and improve. In 2019, he earned his first Pro-Bowl nod after totaling 142 combined tackles and nine passes defended.

1. RB Ezekiel Elliott

Ezekiel Elliott is one of the most dominant running backs in the game right now. Last season he totaled the fourth most rushing yards in the league with 1,357. Elliott saw a dip in production last campaign, dropping from a league leading 95.6 yards per game in 2018 to 84.8 in 2019. Even with the slight drop off, Zeke remains one of the best running backs in the game.
