The St. Louis Blues evened up the Stanley Cup Finals with the Boston Bruins after a Game 4 win at home. The celebration for the franchise's first Stanley Cup Final home victory was glorious in the city of St. Louis.

The party carried over into the next day, and on Tuesday, the city of St. Louis set a record thanks to a pair of fans' desire to let their newborn baby sit in the actual Stanley Cup trophy for 20 minutes.

It had nothing to do with the game or even anything on the ice. Baby Vancil had the honor of being inside of the cup just minutes after coming into the world and in the midst of the Blues' first Stanley Cup Final in 49 years.

For those Blues fans who are superstitious, one could say that it was bad luck, having a St. Louis fan touch the Stanley Cup before it's presented. However, Mercy St. Louis planned accordingly and made sure that was not the case.

Bingo!

If the Blues go on to win the Stanley Cup, this baby should get first dibs on the trophy and be able to take a bath in it.
