Ed Oregeron and LSU Reportedly Hiring Bo Pelini as Defensive Coordinator

This is a reunion LSU fans surely will welcome with open arms.
After capturing the College Football Playoff National Championship, the Tigers have seen movement on their coaching staff, most notably with defensive coordinator Dave Aranda leaving to become Baylor's head coach. So, who has Ed Orgeron decided to bring in to run his defense?
Folks, we kid you not, but Sports Illustrated's Ross Dellenger is reporting that Bo Pelini is returning to Baton Rouge.

Pelini's multi-year deal will pay him around $2M a year. He served as DC under Les Miles from 2005-07.
Yes, the Youngstown State head coach is making his comeback to the Tigers and the SEC. This will mark the second DC stint for Pelini with LSU, as he previously held the role down in in the Bayou State from 2005-2007.
After great success in Baton Rouge, he then bolted for Nebraska to take over the top job in Lincoln. After being canned by the Cornhuskers, he's been at Youngstown State since 2015.
Now, he's ready to get back to Power 5 action.

Pelini previously helped LSU win a national title under Les Miles. Now, he'll look to do so once again, but this time with Coach O at the helm. Bo and Orgeron working together... who could have ever predicted this?
