Brandin Cooks' Latest Cryptic Tweet Has Patriots and Eagles Fans Freaking Out

It's hard to believe that the Los Angeles Rams were playing in the Super Bowl just over a year ago. Now, the team has undergone a drastic overhaul, and that's due to the massive contract that they gave quarterback Jared Goff.

Considering the Rams have to find money to eventually pay Jalen Ramsey, they released running back Todd Gurley while also placing wide receiver Brandin Cooks on the trading block. Cooks isn't oblivious to this, as evidenced by his tweet on Friday evening.

Two simple words. Was it in regards to his status with the Rams? Or is he referring to the globe-wide quarantine?

Of course, a tweet like this is met with a bevy of replies from fans of all NFL teams. But perhaps the most active fanbases in Cooks' replies were aligned with the Philadelphia Eagles and New England Patriots.

Last we checked, the Eagles needed a receiver or two...or three.

Patriots head coach Bill Belichick does have a familiarity with Cooks. Hey, he brought back quarterback Brian Hoyer, so we can't rule out Cooks.

It will only be a matter of time before Cooks finds a new home in the NFL. Where that is still remains the question, but he's definitely got some supporters in the Northeast.
