VIDEO: Freddie Freeman and His Son Taking Batting Practice Together Will Warm Braves Fans' Hearts
By Andrew Gullotta
As players continue to practice on their own and wait for sports to return, many have worked on their craft with the help of family. Atlanta Braves first baseman Freddie Freeman portrayed that to the fullest while taking hacks off the tee with his son, Freddie Jr.
In the video posted by Freeman's wife, the four-time All-Star is shown hitting balls off of a tee into a net before letting the little guy step in to get some hacks.
The three-year-old made some solid contact on the swing, too. It looks like there may be another member of the Freeman family in the MLB ... in about 20 years.
Freeman's child is then seen running around celebrating afterward. His reaction was of pure joy as he was truly proud of the hit. We've seen a ton of content with Freddie and Freddie Jr., and quite frankly, we need more.
Hopefully, the slugger's practice will pay off and he and the rest of baseball will return to action soon, but for now, we don't think anyone is complaining about getting some heartwarming content from the Freeman family.
