Braves' Mike Foltynewicz Was Wearing a Ridiculous NSFW Wristband Against the Twins on Monday
By Parker White

Mike Foltynewicz has returned to the big leagues and will start Tuesday night against the Minnesota Twins. He pitched much better down at Triple-A, posting a 3.86 ERA over 10 starts. So, what changed?
We don't know if this is some kind of slogan he tells himself, but this NSFW phrase on his bracelet may have helped him out and given him the necessary confidence on the mound.

Yup. You're not reading that wrong. Folty's bracelet reads "Don't Be A Little B***h."
Pretty aggressive, Folty.
He shouldn't be just wearing that on his wrist as a fashion statement. That should be something he tells himself on the mound when he gets frustrated about his performance or with the home plate umpire.
Send the link to that bracelet! I need a daily reminder too. Self-aware Folty is scary! Let’s work that confidence up and ball out! Good luck tomorrow. @Folty25 pic.twitter.com/9NHNsnbQkb

People get motivation in a lot of different ways, and after a rough 2019 season where the former All-Star got sent down to the minors, Foltynewicz is giving himself some tough love. Maybe it'll work out in his favor.
