After taking sole possession of first place with a walk-off win on Wednesday night, the Atlanta Braves (39-29) will look to complete the four-game sweep of the Pittsburgh Pirates (30-37) Thursday afternoon.

Pirates Lineup

The young Pirates have struggled this year, but standout first baseman Josh Bell is batting .325 with 19 home runs and 61 RBI. He will look to carry the Pirates offense yet again and avoid the sweep.

On the mound for Pittsburgh is righty Joe Musgrove, who pitched in the series opener on Monday and threw 18 pitches before getting ejected in a brawl with Josh Donaldson. Musgrove is 4-6 with a 4.40 ERA this year, but has pitched better than those numbers at points.

The Braves will look to the powerful bats of Freddie Freeman (18 homers) and Ronald Acuña (15 homers) to lead them past the Pirates and take the sweep. Josh Donaldson will also be impactful and it is worthwhile to watch whether he gets his revenge on Musgrove. Don't forget about Albies either.
