Two teams that are tied for second in the National League in wins with 24 will square off tonight when the Milwaukee Brewers and Philadelphia Phillies continue their series with Game 2 at Citizens Bank Park.
How to Live Stream the Game
First pitch for Tuesday's clash is slated for 7:05 p.m. ET. The game will be broadcast on NBCSP and FSWI. Live streams will be available before first pitch on the MLB Streams subreddit.
In Game 2, heading into the late innings tied at 4, the Phillies rallied against the Brewers bullpen, putting up 3 runs in the seventh inning. Philadelphia's bullpen shut it down after that, clinching out a win in the first game of the series.
Brewers Lineup
Milwaukee will have a new addition to their lineup tonight in the form of one of the top prospects in all of baseball, Keston Hiura. The second baseman is the best prospect in Milwaukee's system and the 15th ranked prospect in all of baseball according to MLB Pipeline. He will bat seventh in the order today, behind catcher Yasmani Grandal.
Brandon Woodruff will get the start for the Brewers, looking for his sixth win of the season. He's been pitching excellently as of late, having struck out 22 batters and surrendered just 3 earned runs in 16.0 innings pitched across his last three starts.
Philadelphia is feeling good lately, the Phillies have won three in a row and now have a 3.5-game lead in the NL East. The offense certainly should garner a lot of praise for their success, ranking third in the senior circuit in runs scored with 209.
Phillies Lineup
Though the Phillies' lineup is stacked, with players like Rhys Hoskins (1.002 OPS) and Jean Segura (.302 average) off to great starts, $330 million dollar man Bryce Harper has yet to find himself at the plate, hitting just .222 on the year. He bats third as he looks to turn things around.
Regardless, the Phillies will look to keep it rolling tonight as Jerad Eickhoff and his sparkling 1.50 ERA will take the mound for Philadelphia. He's also been a stud of late, having struck out 17 batters and surrender just 1 earned run over his last 20 innings of work.
