Broncos officially rule out Russell Wilson vs. the Cardinals
When the Denver Broncos take on the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday, they're going to have to try and record a win without quarterback Russell Wilson throwing the ball around. Wilson suffered a concussion in Week 14 vs. Kansas City.
On Friday, the team officially ruled him out for this one. In a lost season for Denver, it's probably wise to let No. 3 take a week off and rest.
The Broncos enter this game with a 3-10 record, which no one was expecting after 13 games. The Broncos have easily been the biggest disappointment of the 2022 season. This team will hope Wilson can get back on the field next weekend. The hope is the Broncos can close out the campaign with some wins to enter the offseason with some confidence.
