VIDEO: Broncos Run Wild Trick Play as Courtland Sutton Throws Dart to Tim Patrick

The Denver Broncos, owners of one of the most boring offenses in the league, decided to get a little frisky on the road against the Minnesota Vikings. Wide receiver Courtland Sutton ended up throwing the ball downfield to Tim Patrick on a trick play, and Sutton looked like an even better downfield passer than Joe Flacco did this season.

This play caught the Vikings defense completely off guard, and Sutton threaded the needle with a remarkably accurate dime to Patrick.

Rich Scangarello livened up the playbook for Sunday, and it's paid dividends early on for the Broncos.
