Browns Fan Already Spotted With Brand New Myles Garrett License Plate
Following the decision from the NFL to uphold the suspension of Cleveland Browns star defensive end Myles Garrett, the faithful in the Dawg Pound have been unsurprisingly outraged.
Some fans are so passionate about the issue that they have turned to license plates to express their disdain, putting the Ohio DMV to work quite swiftly on this one.
The license plate detailed "FRE MYLS" was spotted on a van that is fully adorned with a beat-up bumper and a slew of Browns stickers. Blue collar Americans from all over the Heartland have rallied in support of Garrett, despite the obvious reasons he was handed down his suspension. In what was the most violent act on a football field in recent memory, Garrett ripped off Mason Rudolph's helmet and swung it at him, connecting with his head.
Such an act didn't stop Browns fans from pleading Garrett's case, though. Whether Garrett was instigated or not, football players have it hard-wired into their brains: Never swing a helmet at another player. It's like a rarer version of throwing fastballs at the head in baseball, and Garrett did it to an unprotected quarterback at the very end of a big win.
Despite his suspension for the rest of this year, most NFL fans and followers concurred that anything past this season would be too much, and it is expected that he will be able to return to the field of play at the beginning of 2020.
Freed, indeed.
