It seemed as if Odell Beckham Jr.'s tenure with the Cleveland Browns was only going to last one season, after persistent rumors that stated he was headed to the Minnesota Vikings (or 49ers, or Patriots...) continued to rear their heads.

After the Vikings rumors were shut down, the Browns set out to make it abundantly clear before the draft that Beckham isn't going anywhere, as a team source now claims they aren't entertaining any sort of trades for him, even as the leaks persist.

Nothing to see here, move along! When's the last time you saw a team go to such great lengths, day after day, just to let the world know there's no noise.

Beckham did pass 1,000 yards once again last year, but he recorded just four touchdowns and put up the lowest yards per game average of his career.

While they are saddled with an eight-figure contract that will be incredibly difficult to move, Cleveland is banking on Beckham's subpar year as a side effect of the dysfunctional locker room that Freddie Kitchens oversaw. Apparently, Cleveland thinks the structure and innovation that Kevin Stefanski brings will help Beckham show off the superstar talent he exhibited with the New York Giants.

Cleveland has a chance to make the playoffs this year, as the Cincinnati Bengals are rebuilding, while the Pittsburgh Steelers are far from a sure thing, so trading your best skill position player in exchange for some picks would be a very short-sighted move from the Browns.

As of now, they really, really want the world to know they're not even thinking about it. We think.
