After a disappointing 6-10 season in 2019, the Cleveland Browns look ready to run it back this year. Their receiving corps was deep last season, and it looks ready to return stronger than ever in 2020.

Led by Jarvis Landry and Odell Beckham Jr., the Browns have one of the most star-studded offenses in the league. What's even better? Browns fans got some good news on Tuesday when news broke that Rashard Higgins would be returning to the team on a team-friendly deal.

Although far from a star name, Higgins is a key piece in the Browns' offense. After being targeted 53 times for 572 yards in 2018, Higgins' numbers declined to just 11 targets in 2019 due to the offseason addition of OBJ coupled with some injury issues.

Despite his decreasing usage, Higgins looks ready to compete with the likes of Damion Ratley, Taywan Taylor and 2020 No. 187 overall pick Donovan Peoples-Jones for the Browns' third receiver spot.

Higgins and the "Hollywood Celebration" will be back for 2020, as the Browns look to get their first postseason win since 1994.
