Every kid who's ever played football has dreamed about what it would be like to actually play in the NFL. As we all know, the journey is arduous for most, but don't rule out those who get creative in their endeavors.

With hard work and a little bit of luck, Damon Sheehy-Guiseppi made his way to earning a roster spot on the Cleveland Browns.

It's too bad the Browns won't be able to do HBO's "Hard Knocks" two years in a row because this would have been one of the best storylines of the show for sure.

According to this story about Sheehy-Guiseppi, he traveled the country and tried out for multiple football leagues on his way to finally landing with the Browns. He pretended to know Browns personnel man Alonzo Highsmith, who he knew was going to be present at a workout in Florida. Sheehy-Guiseppi quickly introduced himself to Highsmith and proceeded to impress in the workout.

After running a blazing 4.38-second 40-yard-dash time and looking good in receiving drills, Highsmith knew his Browns needed this guy for camp.

Being a 24-year-old undrafted rookie, his shot at making the final roster for the Browns is unlikely. But as long as he's around for camp, he'll have a chance.

Browns GM John Dorsey likes what he's seen out of Sheehy-Guiseppi as a return man. With his speed, that'll likely be his role if he ends up making to final cut in August.
