Browns WR Jarvis Landry on Track to Play Monday Night After Positive Update

Jarvis Landry suffered a concussion late in the third quarter of the Cleveland Browns' Week 4 win on the road against the Baltimore Ravens, and was subsequently removed from the game. Fans were left worried about his status moving forward.
The four-time Pro Bowler hadn't practiced all week, and some speculation began to surface that he wouldn't be ready in time for Monday night's clash against the 49ers.
Well, Juice just so happened to beat the odds and clear the NFL's concussion protocol in time to practice on Friday and he is now on track to suit up for MNF.
Some might think that Landry's potential absence wouldn't be that worrisome considering that Odell Beckham Jr. would just assume the multitude of targets.
However, Landry is fresh off one of the best games of his career. Through two-plus quarters against Baltimore, he logged a career-high 167 yards on eight receptions.
The LSU product is also presently combatting a shoulder ailment, but that wont be enough to force him to miss time. Assuming he plays Monday night, Landry's streak of consecutive games played will reach 85.
That's right, folks. Through six-plus seasons in the league, No. 80 has never missed a game.
He's quite simply as tough as they come.
