Computer Simulation of Tom Brady's 2020 Season With Bucs Did Not Go Very Well
By Tyler Kemp

The Buccaneers’ additions of former Patriots Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski have everyone down in Tampa Bay beyond excited. But until the NFL regular season starts, the only way that people can get a glimpse of the Brady-Gronk connection is either through Madden 20 or running their own computer simulation.
Wolverine Studios founder and CEO Gary Gorski decided to go with the latter to get a feel for how well the Brady-led Bucs would do in 2020. After running 100 simulations of how the Bucs’ season would go, Tampa fans may not be very excited to hear about the results.

A 2020 season simulation didn't love the Buccaneers' championship chances with Tom Brady.
But for Brady, his numbers were solid. The ageless wonder ended up averaging 4,315 yards to go along with 28 touchdowns and 13 interceptions in the 100 trials. The numbers are Pro Bowl-caliber, but the team performance is not up to par with expectations in Tampa.
Tua Tagovailoa has the NFL’s highest-selling jerseys (#1 and #2) since the NFL Draft over Tom Brady and Joe Burrow. Another sign of the star power coming to Miami with Tagovailoa, who just inked his rookie deal.

With Brady in Tampa for two seasons, fans are certainly not looking at an inaugural 9-7 postseason-less campaign. That's one two games better than what Jameis Winston was able to do in 2019. Yeah, the Bucs aren't paying $25 million per year for two more wins ... it's going to have to be better than that.
