Caleb Williams officially declares for the 2024 NFL Draft

Everyone has been waiting for Caleb Williams to inform the world that he'll be taking his talents to the NFL next season. Luckily, the wait is now over. Williams, one of the best quarterbacks in his class, officially declared on Monday.

Williams turned plenty of heads at USC this past season and a lot of people think he'll be the No. 1 overall pick. It sure seems like it will be either him or Drake Maye. Regardless, you can expect Williams' name to be called early on in the first round.

The Bears hold the top pick, but the belief is they'll stick with Justin Fields. If that's the case, then look for Chicago to trade the No. 1 spot to someone in need of a young QB. We'll find out in late April if Williams goes No. 1 or not, but his future is sure looking bright.
