Arizona Cardinals defensive end Darius Philon found himself in serious trouble on Friday and the situation doesn't seem to be getting any better.

He was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after allegedly pulling a gun on a stripper and threatening to shoot, and more details have surfaced since.

Philon, who played last season with the Los Angeles Chargers, pointed a handgun at a dancer at the VLive strip club in Maricopa County. Philon requested she and another woman accompany him to his car, where he said he had all of his money. From there, Philon grabbed a black handgun and pointed it at the dancer's chest saying "which one of you wants a bullet?"

The victim said she ran back into the club while Philon drove away, according to police and witness statements. Philon later returned to the club in an attempt to rectify the situation, but the victim refused. Philon proceeded to follow her around the club for 30 minutes or so.

Philon signed a two-year contract with Arizona after recording four sacks in 2019 and 4.5 sacks in 2018. Even with all that money he is owed, his NFL career is hanging by a thread after this bombshell, though the Cardinals won't comment any further on the situation.
