It goes without saying, but CC Sabathia will never have to pay for a beer in the Bronx again. The man will forever be a Yankees legend. Although he's retired and has pitched his last game for New York, he's still a fan favorite.
He once again proved that on Twitter, where he decided to honor Derek Jeter for being voted into the Hall of Fame. He also took a jab at himself and others in the process.

With Sabathia officially retired, let's hope Jeter will have a similar tribute for CC down the road if he makes it into the HOF. He certainly deserves it.
