Celtics' Kemba Walker Diagnosed With Concussion-Like Symptoms After Collision With Semi Ojeleye

Kemba Walker was stretchered off the court on Friday evening after a scary collision with teammate Semi Ojeleye. Many were concerned that Walker had suffered a potentially serious neck injury due to the nature of the collision, but we've now been given an update on his status.
According to Shams Charania, Walker is dealing with concussion-like symptoms as a result of the collision, though the reporter didn't indicate any issue with Walker's neck.

That's certainly an encouraging first report. Though concussions are worrisome injuries, this is a far better diagnosis than what many fans had feared.
Walker is being transported to a hospital in Denver for further examination, but it looks as if both he and the Celtics dodged a major bullet. Further details will likely be available in the morning.
