Celtics sweep the Pacers and advance to the NBA Finals
Is the 16-year streak about to come to an end? Since 2008, the Boston Celtics have not been able to bring home an NBA Finals title. However, they've been the favorites to win it all throughout the year and they're now one step closer to doing so.
On Monday night, Boston was able to take down Indiana in Game 4 of their series, posting a 4-0 series sweep. With that win in the Eastern Conference Finals, the Celtics are now four wins away from getting the job done.
Who will Boston take on with the Larry O'Brien Trophy on the line? We'll find out soon enough, as the Dallas Mavericks own a 3-0 series lead over the Minnesota Timberwolves. Boston is riding high right now thanks to Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum. Soon enough, they'll be ready to put on a show in the Finals with the rest of the world watching.
