Chargers QB Justin Herbert dealing with new foot injury
Anytime an injury update arrives on your franchise quarterback, it's going to cause panic among the fanbase. That's what's going on right now with the Los Angeles Chargera and standout signal-caller Justin Herbert.
A bit out of nowhere, it was announced that Herbert is dealing with a plantar fascia injury in his right foot. He'll be in a boot as a precaution and he won't be suiting up in the preseason. However, the Chargers expect No. 10 to be ready to rock for the season-opener in early September:
Yes, it's concerning that Herbert is facing this adversity, but the good news is that it's nothing serious. The talanted QB will likely take some time off and then get back on the practice field in late August to make sure he's fully ready for Week 1. Now is not the time to be overly worried for the LA faithful.
