VIDEO: Charles Barkley Ridiculously Demonstrates How Zion Williamson Should Run to Prevent Injury
By Scott Rogust

The Zion Williamson era in New Orleans hit a snag ever since the team selected the Duke big man first overall in the 2019 NBA Draft. Prior to the start of the regular season, Williamson underwent knee surgery, which could knock him for most (if not all) of his rookie campaign. A Thursday report then stated that the Pelicans are even trying to teach Williamson how to walk and run properly so as to minimize injury. So, who better to teach him than the person who many compared Zion to in terms of his unique physical dimensions: Charles Barkley! And yes, it's as ridiculous as you think.

We weren't lying.
Barkley is advising Williamson to go toe-to-heel when running instead of heel-to-toe, because... reasons? Who knows, the Pelicans may very well be teaching Zion Chuck's exact mechanics rehab!

The Pels are looking to protect their investment, just as any team would. Charles Barkley wanted to lend a helping hand, just as any basketball guy would. No harm, no foul from the Chuckster.
