Check Out Oregon Freshman WR Mycah Pittman's Mom
By Mark Powell
The Oregon Ducks are gearing up for what they hope to be a standout season in the Pac-12, especially with QB Justin Herbert (a potential future top-5 pick) at the helm. Yet, Herbert won't be the only thing to check out at Ducks games on Saturdays this fall.
Oregon freshman wideout Mycah Pittman, who is expected to thrive in Year 1 in Eugene, is the son of former NFL player Michael Pittman. Also supporting Mycah this fall will be his mother, Melissa Cary Pittman, who might garner some attention of her own. Melissa showed her support for Mycah on IG just a few weeks ago.
Surely an Oregon supporter at this juncture, Pittman also posted about her job as a flight attendant.
Let's hope she gets free flights in and out of Portland. Part of Melissa's personality is her dedication towards a youthful soul, which she made clear just weeks before the Oregon football season.
In her spare time, Pittman likes to practice Yoga, presumably before a stressful day traveling across the country.
Expect to here plenty more about Melissa Cary Pittman this fall as the Ducks aim to put their stamp on Mycah's freshman season, which we hope won't be derailed by a recent shoulder injury suffered in practice.
