Prior to Monday night's game in Mexico against the Los Angeles Chargers, the Kansas City Chiefs made a roster move.

Kansas City has placed defensive end Emmanuel Ogbah on injured reserve and signed wide receiver Gehrig Dieter from the practice squad.

Ogbah tore his pectoral muscle in Week 10 in KC's loss to the Tennessee Titans, so it's not shocking that he's been placed on IR at this stage of the regular season. During those 10 games, Ogbah tallied 32 tackles, 5.5 sacks and one forced fumble.

Dieter played in four games for the Chiefs last season, hauling in just one pass for 22 yards. He likely won't see the field much barring an injury, as he joins a wide receiver group that includes Tyreek Hill, Sammy Watkins, Demarcus Robinson and Mecole Hardman.

This is just the second professional season for the Alabama product, who signed with the Chiefs as an undrafted free agent back in 2017.
