The Kansas City Chiefs are rightfully riding high during their four-game win streak that has seen them clinch the AFC West crown.

Most recently, Andy Reid's bunch dominated the Denver Broncos in a blizzard at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday, but it appears that triumph came at a dire cost.

Per NFL insider Ian Rapoport, defensive end Alex Okafor, who the franchise signed back in March, is feared to have suffered a torn pec. He'll have an MRI on Monday to determine the severity of the injury.

Okafor was immediately forced from the game after suffering the injury, which was originally tabbed a chest issue. A torn pec, which countless players have strangely suffered in 2019, would promptly end his season.

The former fourth-round pick of the Arizona Cardinals back in 2015 has been productive for KC this year. In 10 games (nine starts), Okafor has logged 22 tackles, five sacks, nine quarterback hits, and one forced fumble.

We'll provide a further update on Okafor as soon as his MRI results are publicized, but Chiefs fans should probably come to terms with the likelihood of their 28-year-old pass rusher's season being over.
