Chiefs Get Positive Injury Update on RB LeSean McCoy
By Jerry Trotta

The Kansas City Chiefs were done dirty by the injury Gods late in their Week 2 blowout victory over the Raiders, as they saw tailback's Damien Williams (knee) and LeSean McCoy (ankle) go down with injuries in the 4th quarter.
The latter suffered an ankle injury with just two minutes left in the game, and though it was never considered serious, he was still scheduled to undergo an MRI on Monday to discover the extent of the ailment.
Well, the results are in, and NFL insider Tom Pelissero understands that it showed no ligament damage to Shady's ankle, leaving him with a chance to suit up for Sunday's highly-anticipated clash against the Ravens.

This update can certainly be viewed as a silver lining when you consider how efficient the six-time Pro-Bowler has been in his first two games in KC -- he's rushed for 104 yards on 21 carries, good for a 4.9 YPC clip.
Sure, the majority of that came Week 1 versus the Jaguars, but Patrick Mahomes did virtually everything for the offense against Oakland on Sunday.
