Chiefs top Bills to set up epic AFC title game with the Ravens
Patrick Mahomes and Co. pulled off a thrilling win in Buffalo
Yup, people were pretty darn foolish to doubt No. 15. With the Buffalo Bills hosting the Chiefs on Sunday and Kansas City not looking the same thus far this year, a lot of folks thought KC would see its season end on Sunday night.
Not a chance. In thrilling fashion, Patrick Mahomes powered the AFC West powerhouse to a 27-24 win over the Bills. Now, Kansas City will head to Baltimore to take on Lamar Jackson and Co. in the AFC Championship Game. A trip to the Super Bowl is on the line.
The Bills were in a spot to tie the game late in the fourth quarter, but a Tyler Bass field goal sailed wide right. After that, the Chiefs were able to run out the clock and celebrate in the snow. This was yet another statement win for Mahomes.
