Fans hoping to watch the Chiefs-Steelers preseason game in Pittsburgh will have to wait at least a little while longer.
The game has been delayed due to inclement weather in the Pittsburgh area, with no start time revealed as of yet.

As much as Yinzers and Chiefs fans alike mike want to watch Patrick Mahomes go up against the Steelers defense, the condition currently just aren't safe enough to condone playing a rather meaningless game in. With thunderstorms and lightning threatening Heinz Field, both teams will head to the locker room to discuss strategy should the weather improve enough to satisfy the right authorities.

Both Pittsburgh and Kansas City are expected to be playoff contenders this season, with the Steelers moving on from both Le'Veon Bell and Antonio Brown while the Chiefs are without Kareem Hunt and Eric Berry. Nonetheless, both teams still possess the firepower on both sides of the ball to compete in a crowded AFC playoff picture.
