Christian Yelich Left Out of Brewers Lineup With Back Spasms

Tuesday night, the Milwaukee Brewers kick off a quick two-game set with their divisional foes, the Cincinnati Reds.
Unfortunately for Milwaukee, they will be without their star outfielder, as Christian Yelich has been left out of Craig Counsell's lineup for Tuesday's game with back spasms.
"He's got back spasms... that's all we know right now," said Counsell, when asked about Yelich's status.
Yelich, the reigning National League Most Valuable Player and an early favorite to take home the award this year, has been a one-man wrecking crew at the top of the Brewers' lineup. He currently sits atop the MLB chart in home runs (19), is fourth in the league in RBI (41), and is top-10 in batting average, on-base percentage, and slugging percentage (.325/.440/.732).
Typically, back spasms do not lead to lengthy stays on the Injured List. However, depending on the severity of the injury, Yelich could be away from the field for as short as two days and as long as 10 weeks.
For now, it will be Ben Gamel who will take over in right field. Acquired from the Mariners in the offseason, Gamel is hitting .283 with two home runs and 11 RBI in 44 games.
