VIDEO: Cincinnati Loses to Colgate in Painful Fashion With Back-to-Back Blunders
In their college basketball game Saturday night, Cincinnati's Jarron Cumberland essentially pulled a JR Smith in the Bearcats' matchup against Colgate. After Colgate scored to tie the game at 66 with 8.8 seconds to go, Cumberland received the inbounds pass, jogged up the court, and with about 4.5 seconds left in the game, shot the ball from half court.
This paired with the terrible foul shortly thereafter are an all-time head-scratcher. Cumberland's toss from halfcourt was so nonchalant we're curious as to the intent of it.
Always know what the score is and how much time is left. If you don't, you may cause your team to lose them game, as Cumberland did.
