Clark Hunt's 'Frank Conversation' With Tyreek Hill Isn't Nearly Enough
By Michael Luciano

Despite years of evidence that point to the notion that the Kansas City Chiefs shouldn't do this, the organization is putting their trust in Tyreek Hill.
Owner Clark Hunt recently had what he termed a "frank conversation" with the embattled star wide receiver. The embattled wideout recently returned to Chiefs practice after an NFL investigation declared that Hill would not receive a suspension after an alleged domestic dispute.

A stern talking to is all well and good, but the Chiefs need to go further. Maybe a fine or some sort of discipline would suffice, but simply having a heart to heart and telling him not to mess up again isn't the most wise strategy.
Even if the team-mandated discipline is tiny, Hill needs to know that him constantly being in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons has consequences. Not punishing him for this is to tacitly tell him that these incidents have no impact on his standing with the team.

Hill hasn't learned from past mistakes, so however the Chiefs were dealing with this hasn't effectively stopped him. Maybe a different method of punishment will prevent any more offseason horror stories.
