VIDEO: It Really Looks Like Clayton Kershaw Was Tipping His Pitches in NLDS Game 2

Clayton Kershaw was not his usual self to open up Game 2 of the National League Divisional Series, as he coughed up three runs over the first two innings. While he eventually recovered and finished the day with just three runs allowed across six innings, the damage had already been done, as the Los Angeles Dodgers lost to the Washington Nationals 4-2. During the game, it looked as though Kershaw was tipping his pitches, as Nats shortstop Trea Turner was caught explaining to Adam Eaton on the bench how he'll know when Kershaw will throw his fastball.

The left-handed ace wasn't completely terrible in the NLDS, but it's clear now that him tipping his pitches hurt him badly on the mound. Kershaw will need to correct his mistakes and quickly if the Dodgers are going to make another run at the World Series, as he's still a dependable piece of their starting rotation.
