Transition defense is everything in modern college basketball, and Leonard Hamilton has a lesson to teach his Florida State players at practice on Monday as they prepare for what feels like an inevitable NCAA Tournament run. The Noles are among the top 10 teams in the country, and their seeding should still reflect that despite the fact that Clemson robbed them of a solid road ACC victory thanks to Al-Amir Dawes.

FSU fans are feeling all of the emotions right now. Trent Forest's made jumper -- coming with just nine seconds remaining -- left just enough time for Dawes to race down the floor, beating the Seminoles bigs to the basket and sending the home crowd into a euphoric state.
While Clemson's March Madness aspirations have long passed, this isn't a bad consolation prize.
