Lou Williams Claps Back to Fan Who Tried to Start Paul George Drama After Mid-Game Conversation

The Los Angeles Clippers pulled out a tough home win over the Philadelphia 76ers on Sunday. During the game, both Lou Williams and Paul George were seen exchanging words after a defensive breakdown.
This caused one popular account on Twitter to claim the exchange meant the Clippers were doomed. Williams wasn't having any of that talk.
?? you can tell y’all never competed at a high level before. This a regular conversation https://t.co/J68IX7ySBl

Exchanges like this can be seen between teammates in nearly NBA game. That is why Williams had to be confused when he saw speculation that him talking with George was anything other than the two figuring out what happened on that specific play.
What is there to be worried about?

Williams and George combined for 48 points in the 136-130 Clippers victory. The two clearly figured out any defensive miscommunication, and it is unfair to single out one exchange as indicative of the entire relationship.
The veteran claimed the exchange was just a normal conversation on the court. All the @TheHoopCentral account did is look foolish and give Williams a good laugh about such reckless speculation.
