Concerning Amount of Redskins Workers Have Reportedly Quit Since January
By Brendan Azoff

According to Chris Russell of 106.7 The Fan, over 40 employees have quit working for the Washington Redskins since January of this year.
Although the average football fan may not care about these departures because it does not seem to affect the team on the field, an organization has to have everyone behind the scenes functioning properly if it will succeed, and Washington clearly does not.

The mass exodus leads people to believe team President Bruce Allen is the main cause behind what is clearly an intolerable work environment in the Redskins organization.
"Nobody wants to work there." Almost 40 employees have left the #Redskins organization since Brian Lafemina was fired, multiple sources have told @Russellmania621. https://t.co/IaVGRJ84qi

Redskins fans have to be concerned about what is going on in the organization to have this many employees leave. Time will tell if owner Dan Snyder steps in to salvage the situation, but for now the fact remains that working for the Redskins is a job that most people do not want to have right now.
