The ongoing coronavirus pandemic not only is starting to disrupt the natural order of the NFL offseason, but it's even taking a toll on construction workers trying to help finish up a brand new stadium for the Las Vegas Raiders.
One of the workers currently occupied with the construction of Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus.

According to a statement put out by the venture leading the construction of the stadium, the workers on site were adhering to proper coronavirus social distancing protocols and it is believed the infection hasn't spread amongst the other staff. The worker who tested positive is self-isolating for 14 days and will not return to work until cleared to do so.
Allegiant Stadium, the Raiders' new multi-billion dollar palace in Las Vegas, is nearing completion, and it figures to be a prime candidate to host a primetime game once it is fully completed and operational.

We hope that the worker in question heals up as soon as possible, and this serves as another reminder just how dangerous everyday life can be during this pandemic.
