Cowboys Better Not Let 49ers Fans Take Over Jerry World in 2020 Like They Did Last Time
By Andrew Gullotta
The Cowboys and 49ers have one of those storied NFC rivalries that fans salivate over. Fans will gladly circle this game on their schedule every time they're set to meet, as the history between these accomplished franchises runs deep.
The last time these two rivals met in Dallas back in 2019, howevr, 49ers fans showed up in droves. Cowboys fans? Not so much.
The San Francisco faithful traveled into the heart of Lone Star territory and invaded AT&T Stadium. There was a red sea of Niners jerseys all throughout Jerry World that will make any Cowboys fan cringe at the sight of it even now.
Fast-forwarding to today, the 49ers and Cowboys are going in opposite directions. San Francisco is coming off a Super Bowl appearance, while Dallas just took a step back in 2019 after a spirited 2018 campaign. With this in mind, Cowboys fans cannot let this happen in their stadium again. Regardless to how the teams are faring in 2020, Dallas fans have to come out to Arlington to cheer America's Team against their historic rivals.
Even if Dallas is having a underwhelming season, the Cowboys faithful better be ready to become the 12th man for their home team and not let a sea of red flood Dallas again.
