Former Cowboys and Raiders RB Darren McFadden Sentenced to Jail Time From Whataburger Arrest

Some tough news has arrived for former Dallas Cowboys and Oakland Raiders running back Darren McFadden: Old No. 20 is headed to the slammer.
After a DWI arrest in January, McFadden has accepted a plea deal. His deal includes a four-day jail sentence, and has reportedly already been credited with one day served.

McFadden originally got into trouble with the law in January of 2019 after he was found passed out in his vehicle at a Whataburger drive-thru. When police tried to intervene, McFadden resisted. Two windows ended up being busted in the former NFL RB's car.
He eventually registered a .15 BAC, nearly twice the legal limit. His driver's license will now be suspended 90 days and he'll have to pay a fine in addition to his jail time.
