Cubs vs Giants MLB Live Stream Reddit for Wednesday's Game

The Chicago Cubs (54-47) will visit the San Francisco Giants (52-50) on Wednesday. The Giants are coming off a win against the Cubs after a Pablo Sandoval walk-off that gave San Francisco the win in extra innings, 5-4.

Cubs Lineup

Kyle Schwarber is back in the leadoff role for the Cubbies, followed by Javy Báez, Kris Bryant and Anthony Rizzo. Willson Contreras was activated from the IL, with Addison Russel being sent down. Contreras starts at catcher and bats fifth.

Jon Lester was expected to pitch for the Cubs, but he has been scratched due to illness. In his stead, Tyler Chatwood will toe the rubber. Chatwood is 4-1 on the season, logging three starts and 21 relief appearances. He owns a 4.30 ERA with 36 strikeouts in 46 innings of work

Giants Lineup

Once again, first baseman Brandon Belt will lead off. Austin Slater hits second followed by last night's hero, Sandoval, and Stephen Vogt.

Tyler Beede is expected to pitch for the Giants with a 4.70 ERA and 55 strikeouts on the season. Beede put up an eight-inning shutout against Jacob DeGrom last week, and has momentum on his side with San Francisco's victory last night.

Sandoval had Oracle Park rocking last night with his impressive hit to end the night. Kung Fu Panda's fifth walk-off closed the books on a tight game, and his clutch hit was his only hit on the night.
