Cubs vs Phillies MLB Live Stream Reddit for Tuesday's Game

The Chicago Cubs travel to Citizens Bank Park to begin a three game series with the Philadelphia Phillies on Tuesday night. Chicago currently leads the NL Central by two games over the St. Louis Cardinals and 2.5 games over the Milwaukee Brewers, both of whom find themselves in the Wild Card hunt, where they're joined by Philadelphia.

The Phillies, fresh off losing three out of four games to the San Francisco Giants over the weekend, are a full two games back of the second Wild Card spot in the NL, behind both the Mets and Brewers.

Cubs Lineup

Anthony Rizzo plays first base and bats fourth for the Cubs, but is only hitting .091 against Phillies starter Jason Vargas. Slick-fielding shortstop Javier Baez follows Rizzo and will hit fifth.

Jose Quintana takes the bump for the Cubs, looking for his third straight win. He is 12-7 with a 4.23 ERA in 23 games (22 starts) this season.

Phillies Lineup

Bryce Harper will bat first for the fourth straight game and play right field. Corey Dickerson is in the sixth spot and playing right. This might be a matchup play by manager Gabe Kapler, as Dickerson has hit .429 lifetime against Quintana.

The soft-tossing lefty Jason Vargas makes his third start as a member of the Phillies. During his time with the Mets and Phillies this season, he is 6-6 with a 4.09 ERA over 105.2 innings.

They Cubs and Phillies played a four game series in Chicago during early May and they split the series. This one, of course, has a little more riding on it.
