How to Live Stream the Game
First pitch is scheduled for 7:05 PM ET. The game will be broadcast on ESPN, NBC Sports Chicago and NBC Sports Philadelphia, with additional streams on the MLB Streams subreddit.
Cubs Lineup
The Cubs are looking to bounce back after last night's loss, which included a controversial strike call in the ninth inning. Jason Heyward will be Chicago's leadoff hitter with a .271 batting average and 17 home runs on the year.
Cole Hamels will start at the mound for the Cubs with a 3.09 ERA and 6-3 record. This will be Hamels' first start in Philadelphia since pitching for the Phillies in 2015, so it'll be a special night for the veteran hurler.
Phillies Lineup
The Phillies continue to tinker with the lineup as they try to make a late-season run. Thus, Rhys Hoskins will be leading off on Wednesday, followed by JT Realmuto and Bryce Harper. Hoskins has never hit leadoff before, so it will be interesting to see how he fares atop the order.
Aaron Nola will be on the mound, looking to build on his 10-3 record and 166 strikeouts this season. He's 2-1 with a 5.11 ERA through four career starts against the Cubs, so he'll be trying to improve on those numbers.
There's no word on if new addition, Logan Morrison will play for the Phillies tonight, after the 33-year-old was called up from Triple-A yesterday. Philadelphia's offense continues to struggle, holding the seventh-worst team batting average in the MLB at .245.
