The Cubs enter this game coming off a three-game sweep of the arch-rival St. Louis Cardinals. Pitcher Yu Darvish (2-3) will get the start and build upon his last outing, in which he allowed just 2 earned runs through 5.1 innings against these Rockies. He currently has a 4.88 ERA, but has put forth a bloated 5.79 figure in the past month.

The Cubs will roll out Kyle Schwarber in the leadoff spot, with Kris Bryant and Anthony Rizzo backing him up in a seriously powerful top third.

The Cubs have been one of the best offensive teams in baseball this season, so Darvish should have plenty of backup for this one in the thin Coors Field air.
Rockies Lineup
The Rockies enter this game on a two-game losing streak after a letdown series against the New York Mets. Charlie Blackmon will bat leadoff, with Trevor Story and David Dahl rounding out the top three ahead of superstar Nolan Arenado.

Like the Cubs, the Rockies have been one of the best offensive teams in baseball, as they've scored 340 runs in 64 games. Pitcher German Márquez (6-3) will get the start, as he looks to rebound from his last start against the Cubs, where he allowed 8 runs in 5.1 innings pitched.
