Dak Prescott's Latest Comments on Contract Talks Put Cowboys in a Tough Spot
By Brendan Azoff

The Dallas Cowboys face the nearly impossible dilemma of keeping all of their young stars wearing the star past this season.
Dak Prescott, Ezekiel Elliott, Amari Cooper and many others all need new contracts. Despite the Cowboys' need to keep the core in tact, it does not appear that Prescott is going to do them any favors when it comes to taking a pay cut.

According to Jori Epstein of USA Today, Prescott had this to say in regards to taking a team-friendly deal next season: "For somebody to say you can only take so much because of the salary cap or you can only do this or that, I don’t know how fair that is to say,” Prescott said. “Because with gambling, with everything going into this league, everything is going to continue to keep going up."
Prescott does have a point, and despite the Cowboys' cap struggles, he does deserve a big payday.

Prescott does not get the credit he deserves, and after posting 3,885 yards, 22 TD's and 8 interceptions last season, he has a point to wanting a lot more money.
When will Dallas give it to him? You're on the clock, Jerry Jones.
