VIDEO: Exploding Dave Martinez Restrained Before Getting Ejected for Arguing Interference Call
By Sam Dunn

Dave Martinez should do his best to take it easy for the rest of the night, because he may have taken years off his own life with the gasket he blew arguing with Game 6's umpiring crew following the ridiculous, indefensible seventh-inning call that ruled Trea Turner out at first base due to interference. Seriously, this is even beyond the realms of Lou Piniella right here.

Way to get your money's worth, Davey!
Do you want another angle? Yes, this was a beauty. You want another angle.

Martinez's anger was fully justified given not just the poor call, but the fact that it was upheld following a way-too-long replay review. So may things could have gone wrong as a result of this rulebook miscarriage.
Fortunately for Washington, Anthony Rendon immediately hit a two-run jack to cleanse everyone's palate of the whole thing. But that's not the point, people.

Folks, Bryce is right. You had better smell what Davey is cookin'.
It smells like Bobby Cox, just way less wrinkly.
