Goodness me, if VAR hadn't disallowed a Liverpool goal which for a moment made things 2-0, David de Gea very well may have lost his damn mind. After he was clearly fouled by Virgil van Dijk in the box in the Liverpool-Manchester United showdown, the whistle never blew and Roberto Firmino blasted a shot into the right corner. VAR did its job, but de Gea was straight up LIVID with what happened.

Yup, the United keeper was furious and rightfully so. He was clearly fouled by the Liverpool defender. He earned a yellow card for his outburst, but the score remains Liverpool 1, United 0... for now.
